Kapurthala- A special meeting was organized by District Chokball Association Kapurthala at Fighter Sports Zone Kartarpur Road, Kapurthala, in which the President of the Association and DSP Sardar Gurmukh Singh arrived as the chief guest. During the meeting, new members were appointed in the District Chokball Association.
Sardar Gurmukh Singh appointed Rajiv Walia as Senior Vice President, while Tanjinder Singh Bhandari, Balwinder Singh and BSF Inspector Satish Kumar were appointed as Vice Presidents.
Apart from this, Mamata was appointed as General Secretary, Gagandeep Kaur as Treasurer, Paramjit Singh and Punjab Police Sub Inspector Jagtar Singh as Joint Secretary, Nitin Sharma as Legal Advisor, Manish Chopra as Press Secretary, Karan Kumar as Technical Director and Pradeep Kumar as Coach. On this occasion, Sardar Gurmukh Singh and President of Youth Sports Welfare Board Rajiv Walia honored the appointed members by garlanding them and wished them well.
They appealed to the new members to discharge their responsibilities with full dedication and honesty and contribute to the advancement of the game of Chokbal.
