Any needy blind person from the state can approach these organizations for eye sight and posthumous eye donation. Apart from him, Dr. Bikram Singh, Dr. Kartar Singh, Dr. Ravi Kumar, Gurjit Singh Health Inspector, Avtar Singh BEE, Baljit Singh, Rajinder Singh etc. were present on this occasion.
