Patiala- At the training school for drivers and conductors technical staff started by PRTC, employees from all districts of Punjab were given information about first aid, CPR, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, fainting, low or high blood sugar, ABCD of first aid to save victims from death during accidents, etc. by Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, Retired Training Supervisor, Red Cross.

Inspector Jaspal Singh in-charge and more than 40 employees expressed their gratitude and said that the training and information given by Mr. Kaka Ram Verma from time to time to save their own and the victims' lives during sudden physical and mental incidents is benefiting the employees a lot.
The employees expressed their gratitude and said that the valuable training in health care, first aid, CPR, care of the injured, checking the pulse and breathing of the victims, reviving the heart and brain in case of respiratory arrest or cardiac arrest, internal injuries, head injuries, unconsciousness, gases, smoke, water, and taking people out of the rubble and hanging them in recovery or ventilator position and taking them to the hospital proves to be very useful in saving precious lives during a crisis. First aid and CPR training should also be taken by officers, police personnel, villagers and students.
