3Day MY Bharat Leadership Bootcamp Inaugurated at CCT Landran

SAS Nagar, August 26, 2026:- MY Bharat, SAS Nagar (Mohali), inaugurated a three-day Future Youth Leadership Bootcamp at Chandigarh College of Technology (CCT), Landran, Mohali, with the participation of 35 enthusiastic youth participants.
The boot camp was formally inaugurated by Dr. Palki Sahib Kaur, Director-Principal, Chandigarh College of Technology, Landran, and Dr. Gagandeep Bhullar, Director, Student Welfare, CGC Landran in the presence of Mr. Mohit Kumar Saini, Deputy Director, MY Bharat, SAS Nagar.
Dr. Palki Sahib Kaur delivered the welcome address, while Dr. Gagan motivated the students to make the most of the valuable three-day programme by actively participating in the sessions and focusing on learning, personal growth, and the development of leadership qualities. The event was further enriched by the presence of Mr. Vijendra Singh Joon, Ex-DIG, CRPF and Ex Army Major, whose participation added valuable experience and inspiration to the inaugural programme.
The first session was conducted by Mr. Jugal Kaul from NGO Heartfulness who delivered an informative and interactive session  on “What makes a leader’ focusing on youth leadership, personal development and the qualities required to become an effective leader.
The second session was conducted by Mr. Sachin Goyal, who addressed the participants on Career Guidance. Another important session was delivered by Mr. Amresh, CEO, RISE, CGC Landran, on Entrepreneurship. He encouraged the participants to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, identify opportunities, take initiative and transform innovative ideas into meaningful ventures.
The three-day bootcamp aims to equip young participants with essential leadership qualities, communication skills, teamwork abilities, decision-making skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a sense of social responsibility. The programme provides a platform for youth to learn from experienced leaders, interact with professionals  and develop the confidence required to take up leadership roles in society.
The inaugural day concluded on an inspiring and engaging note, with participants gaining valuable insights into leadership, governance and entrepreneurship, setting the stage for an enriching learning experience throughout the remaining sessions of the bootcamp.
