Lions Club Mohali SAS Nagar (Regd.), Lions Club Mohali Smiling organized a huge blood donation camp dedicated to our national hero Shaheed-e-Azam S. Bhagat Singh Ji in village Mohali Baidwan, Sector-80, Gurdwara Singh Shaheedan with the support of Gram Panchayat Mohali Baidwan and Sarpanch Shri Gursewak Singh Ji and Panch Harinder Singh.
Club President Lion Amit Narula informed the media that during the camp, 107 units of blood were collected by the team of Blood Bank, Sector-32. Which will be helpful for the needy patients coming from far-off places to Government Hospital, Sector-32. After this, the blood donors were also honored by Lions Club Mohali SAS Nagar and refreshments were also arranged for them.
During this camp, various famous personalities registered their presence, mainly Mohali MLA S. Kulwant Singh's son Sarabjit Singh, DSP-2 Harsimran Singh Bal, MC. Sahiban, MJF Lion Ajay Goyal (Vice District Governor), MJF Lion Amandeep Singh Gulati (Zone Chairperson) from Lions District 321-F, Charter President Lion Amrik Singh Mohali, Lion Kuljit Singh Bedi (Charter Member & Deputy Mayor, Mohali), Lion Amarjit Singh Bajaj, Lion Harinderpal Singh Harry, Lion J.S. Rahi appreciated the work being done by the club.
And thanked the dignitaries of Gram Panchayat Mauli Baidwan namely Sajjan Satwinder Singh (Former Sarpanch), Bhupinder Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Harvinder Singh, Avtar Singh, Amarjit Singh, Bachittar Singh, Harjeet Singh Goldy, Bahadur Singh (all Panch Sahiban) and Harjot Gabbar, Jaswant Singh, Mandeep Singh and Supinder Singh Ladi for their cooperation.
