Hisar, March 16: The 70th Annual Festival of the Hanuman Temple (Budhla Sant Sthan), situated in Rishi Nagar,—coinciding with the Hindu New Year (Vikrami Samvat 2083)—will be celebrated with great pomp and fervor within the temple premises from March 17 to March 19. Over the course of these three days, the festivities will feature a *Sundarkand* recitation, *Hari Naam Sankirtan* (devotional chanting), a *Havan* (sacred fire ritual), a flag-hoisting ceremony, and a grand community feast (*Bhandara*). Sharing these details, Subhash 'Tinu' Ahuja, General Secretary of the Temple Committee, announced that the festival will officially commence on the first evening at 7:00 PM with the recitation of the *Sundarkand*.
He further informed that on the second day of the festival—March 18—a *Hari Naam Sankirtan* will be performed by Delhi-based devotional singer Ms. Nikunj Kamra from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. On the final day, March 19, a *Havan* will be conducted at 8:00 AM, followed by the flag-hoisting ceremony at 10:00 AM; subsequently, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Delhi-based devotional singer Babbu Bhaiya will lead the *Hari Naam Sankirtan*. Following these events, a grand community feast (*Bhandara*) will be organized at 2:00 PM, where a large number of devotees are expected to partake of the *Prasad* (sacred food offering).
The Temple Committee's President (Rajkumar Setia), General Secretary (Subhash 'Tinu' Ahuja), Treasurer (Ashok Grover), Vice President (Dr. Amar Thakral), Legal Advisor (Advocate Ravi Mehta), *Bhandara* In-charge (Manoj Nagpal), and Program Coordinators (Surendra Bajaj, Jagdish Gandhi, Bittu Taneja, Shubham Walecha, among others) held a meeting to extend an invitation—on behalf of the Temple Committee—to all residents of the city to participate in these events.
