Nawanshahr - Additional District Magistrate Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Rajeev Verma has informed that under Section 6(1)(g) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, the applicant Mr. Shani Kumar son of Mr. Kundan Lal resident of Village Majari Tehsil Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh. License No. 81/MA/MC2 dated 03-07-2018 issued to the firm “Ambition Academy” near Naveen Hospital, Phagwara Road, Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar is revoked/canceled with immediate effect.
Additional District Magistrate Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar has told That the applicant Mr. Shani Kumar has given a written application that his license No. 81/MA/MC2 dated 03-07-2018 be revoked/cancelled due to domestic reasons. In this regard, the said license has been canceled by the Additional District Magistrate under the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act.
