Under the guidance of subject experts of Punjab State Science Technology at PM Shri Government Kanya Senior Secondary Smart School, Sanor, various practical training was given to students, teachers and parents. Principal Mrs. Karamjit Kaur said that in order to make Punjab a healthy, safe, prosperous and colorful Punjab, the Punjab Government and the Ministry of Education have made unused goods beautiful and useful in unique ways, where they can be used for decoration at homes and educational institutions, there they can be bought and sold and started a business through self-employment and gain wealth and fame.
Program Coordinator Mrs. Harvinder Kaur, Science Teacher, said that on this occasion, Mr. Raghbir Singh and his colleagues from the Municipal Corporation gave training on the three R (Reuse Reduce & Recycling) process of making waste useful and decorative. By making bags from old clothes, valuable information was given on reducing the use of plastic.
Principal Dr. Karamjit Kaur thanked them and said that her students and parents were encouraged to make themselves self-reliant by sitting at home in these special ways, which can prove very useful in reducing pollution and use of plastic, and starting a business through self-employment.
