Patiala- On the occasion of Guru Nanak Dev Ji's Gurpurab, for the first time, Sudhar Sabha Sri Kedar Nath Ji Reg: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the symbol of Hindu Sikh unity, at the ancient temple Sri Kedar Nath, at 12:00 noon, Satnam Hasija along with his family, Ranjit Singh Chandok MC Ward No. 32, Pawan Gupta National President Shiv Sena Hindustan and Hindu Shakti Sena Religious Branch Sri Ram Hanuman Seva Dal, KK Gaba Social Worker, Diwan Ji, owner of RK Sweets and all the members of Sudhar Sabha offered prayers and served a langar of potato puri and jalebi.
Langar was arranged at the idol of Shri Shiv Ji at Rajpura Road and devotees kept coming and going throughout the day. The patron of the organization, Satnam Hasija, and all the members of the Sudhar Sabha extended their greetings to everyone on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
After the aarti in the evening, chocolates, toffees, toys, etc. were distributed to the children inside the temple and all the children, colony residents and Sudhar Sabha members lit a lamp around the temple and children and adults also set off fireworks. A very happy atmosphere was seen among everyone. This festival is a symbol of Hindu-Sikh unity. Guru Nanak Dev Ji's teachings are to work, chant the name, share, and there is strength in unity.
The upcoming 350th anniversary of the martyrdom of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji will be dedicated and an unending langar of curry rice will be served.
