Ludhiana:- Rahul (34), the son of the owner of Ludhiana’s famous ‘Pandit Chole-Kulche’ stall, was shot dead. On Wednesday night, he left home in his Scorpio SUV to attend a friend’s birthday party. During the party, he got into an argument with some other young men. Following the altercation, the attackers allegedly opened fire on Rahul, shooting him twice—once in the chest and once in the back.
Rahul’s friends called his family and informed them that he had been shot and admitted to DMC Hospital, asking them to reach the hospital. However, by the time the family arrived, Rahul had succumbed to his injuries. Rahul had married three years ago. After receiving information about the incident, police reached the spot and launched an investigation. The police have recovered the Scorpio SUV in which Rahul had left home. His body has been sent to the hospital for a post-mortem examination.
