Hansi (Dinkar Gawri):- SDM Rajesh Khoth heard the problems and complaints of citizens at a Samadhan Camp organised at the District Secretariat. During the camp, complaints related to various departments were received.
Pratap, a resident of Chanot village, submitted a complaint regarding the issuance of a BPL card; Rajkumar, from Dhani Peerwali, sought the removal of an electricity pole located inside his house; Sahdev, a resident of Kharkara, requested the repair of a drain carrying dirty water; Anil, from Sorkhi, complained about the removal of an incorrect meter number recorded in his Family ID; and Aman, a resident of Masudpur, raised the issue of the lack of electricity supply to his agricultural field.
SDM Rajesh Khoth directed the concerned officials to take necessary action on the complaints in accordance with the rules and ensure their time-bound resolution on a priority basis.
On this occasion, students of NDGGSSS School in Sisai village also participated in the Samadhan Camp under the ‘Parichay with Administration’ campaign. As part of the campaign, students were familiarised with the administrative system, the process of hearing public grievances and the procedure for resolving complaints.
Tehsildar Anil Bidhan, Eminent Person Ompal Yadav, Rammehar Swami, along with officials and employees from various departments, were present at the Samadhan Camp.
