Garhshankar, August 27:- Against Chief Minister Punjab's refusal to stand firm after calling a meeting, the Coordination Committee of Punjab Employees and Pensioners Sanjha Morcha and Sanjha Mulazam Manch Punjab, as per the call to burn effigies of the Chief Minister on August 28 and 29, expressed their protest by burning effigies of the Chief Minister Punjab in front of the local courts. At this time, the leaders of the employees who gathered there, Mukesh Kumar, Makhan Moilawahdpuri, Sandeep Singh Gill, Principal Bikkar Singh, Vinod Kumar, Sukhdev Dancewal, Naresh Kumar, Shangara Bhajjal, Sundar Maniam, Narinder, Amrik Singh said that instead of accepting the demands of the employees, the Punjab government is adopting the path of confrontation. Which the employees of Punjab will not tolerate under any circumstances.
The leaders of the front Balkar Singh Maghania, Hansraj, Principal Darbara Singh, Vinay Kumar, Samudra, Satnam Singh Bangar, Pradeep Kumar, Jarnail Singh, Gurmail Singh, Pawan Kumar, Jagdish, Raman Kumar, Gurmail Singh PT, Joginder Singh, Channan Ram, Ramesh Lal, Narinder Kumar, Madam Inderjit Kaur, Charanjit Kaur, Harpreet Kaur said that the employees exercised their democratic right and expressed their protest by taking collective holidays across Punjab on August 27, in the face of which the Chief Minister said that the struggle and talks cannot go on simultaneously and that they are trying to intimidate the employees by issuing letters from different departments to threaten them.
The leaders said that the employees and pensioners of the entire Punjab will continue the struggle without paying attention to their threats and will continue their struggle until their demands are met.
