Hoshiarpur- Municipal Corporation Commissioner Jyoti Bala Mattu, while providing information, stated that for the convenience of city residents, the Corporation’s Property Tax, Rent, and Water Supply branches will remain open until 31 March 2026 on all government holidays as well as the upcoming Saturdays and Sundays. She stated that the working hours of these branches will be from 11 AM to 3 PM, so that city residents can easily deposit their pending bills and taxes.
She said that those city residents whose Property Tax, Water Supply and Sewerage bills, or rent are pending can visit the Municipal Corporation office and deposit their due taxes, bills, and rent until 31 March 2026, not only on working days but also on government holidays and Saturdays–Sundays. She appealed to city residents to pay their pending bills within the stipulated time so that they can avoid penalties and additional charges that may be imposed later.
