Ratia, September 7:- A meeting was held to review preparations for the religious function to be organized on September 12 at Gurdwara Sri Guru Granth Sahib, Purana Bazaar, Ratia, on the occasion of the First Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Discussions were held regarding the arrangements and programmes for the ceremony.
Kaka Singh Ladhuvas, member of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, said that a religious ceremony would be organized at the Gurdwara Sahib on September 12 and special diwans would be held. He said that various responsibilities were being assigned to sevadars to ensure that the ceremony is conducted with devotion and in an organized manner.
Social worker Happy Singh Sethi said that a blood donation camp would also be organized along with the religious ceremony. In addition, a free health check-up camp would be held, where doctors would examine people’s health and necessary laboratory tests related to various diseases would also be conducted. He appealed to residents of the area to make maximum use of these public welfare camps.
On this occasion, Daljit Singh, Pragat Singh, Manjit Singh, Hardeep Singh, Judge Singh, Manwinder Singh, Lovdeep Singh Mann, Randheep Singh Rana, Raj Singh, Harpreet Singh and other sevadars were present.
