Meeting Held at Bohon for Arrangements of Historic Begampura Damri Shobha Yatra

Hoshiarpur:- A special meeting of the Guru Ravidas Sadhu Sampraday Society (Regd.), Punjab was held at Dera Sant Seetal Das, Bohon, under the chairmanship of Sant Sarwan Das and the leadership of Sant Nirmal Das Babe Jode, President of the society.
During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the arrangements and railway ticket bookings for the historic Begampura Damri Shobha Yatra, which will commence from Jalandhar to Haridwar on April 3.
Sharing information about the historic Begampura Damri Yatra, Sant Nirmal Das Babe Jode, President of Guru Ravidas Sadhu Sampraday Society Punjab, and General Secretary Sant Inder Das Sekhe stated that every year the Prakash Purab of Satguru Ravidas Maharaj is celebrated with great devotion at Haridwar, with the cooperation of devotees from India and abroad.
They informed that on April 3, a large number of devotees will depart from Jalandhar Railway Station to participate in the Damri Shobha Yatra and travel to Haridwar. On April 4, a foot procession will be taken out from Guru Ravidas Begampura Ashram to Har Ki Pauri. On April 5, after the Bhog of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, kirtan congregations will be held in which Ragi Jathas and saints will bless the devotees with devotional hymns.
They also said that religious, social and political personalities have been given an open invitation to participate in the Shobha Yatra. The organizers informed that all arrangements for the procession have been completed and saints and religious leaders are rendering dedicated service for the event.
On this occasion, Sant Sarwan Das Bohon (Chairman), Sant Paramjit Das (Cashier), Sant Sarwan Das Salem Tawari (Senior Vice President), Mahant Prashotam Lal Chak Hakim, Sant Balwant Singh Dingrian (Vice President), Sant Ramesh Das Sherpur Dhakko, Sant Dharampal Shergarh, Sant Bibi Kuldeep Kaur Mehna, Sant Jagir Singh (Sarbat Bhala Ashram, Nandachaur), Sant Manohar Das, Sant Bibi Kamlesh Kaur Nahla, Sant Gurmeet Das, Sant Prem Das, Sant Prameshwari Das Sekhe, along with Lavpreet, sevadar of Dera Bohon, and a large number of devotees were present.
