Nawanshahr, March 21:- The efforts being made for the convenience of the devotees at Charanchhoh Ganga Sri Khuralgarh Sahib under the patronage of Guru Ghar President Sant Surinder Das and the entire management committee can only be called a commendable initiative. With which the devotees arriving from the country and abroad will get great relief. These views were expressed by MLA Dr. Nachhattar Pal from Nawanshahr constituency while addressing the devotees. MLA Shri Nachhattar Pal had specially reached Charanchhoh Ganga Amritkund Sachkhand Sri Khuralgarh Sahib today, the land touched by the feet of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji.
He said that on April 11, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotiba Rao Phule Ji, who provided education to the Dalit, backward classes and the people trampled by the upper classes, is being celebrated on a large scale, on April 12-13, Amritdhara Pargat Diwas and on April 14, the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Baba Sahib Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Sahib Ji, the Messiah of the poor, is being celebrated on a large scale. Considering this matter and seeing the influx of devotees, special efforts are being made by the President of the Guru Ghar Committee Sant Surinder Das Ji and his entire management committee.
So that no devotee has to face any kind of problem. He said that in the past years, tents were set up for the devotees, but due to rain and thunderstorms, the devotees had to face problems. To solve this problem permanently, the management committee is constructing a 65-by-100 feet shed.
He appealed to all the devotees to provide special support to the management committee for further expansion of this shed so that the devotees coming to the Guru Ghar can enjoy the 4-day celebrations without any worries. On this occasion, the president of the Guru Ghar Committee, Sant Surinder Das, said that special support has been provided by all the devotees including Mandi Gobindgarh for this shed, while for its expansion, he appealed to all the devotees who can offer flowers to provide due support.
He said that MLA Nachhatar Pal's father has been providing special support for this place since 1983, especially the devotees of Rahon Nawanshahr have been providing due support in increasing numbers and now besides Punjab, the devotees from India and abroad are also making special arrangements for the devotees coming to this place. He said that the devotees will not be allowed to face any kind of problem.
On this occasion, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar President Sarabjit Jafarpur, Advocate Mukesh Bali, Mukhtiar Mukh Urban President Rahon, Press Secretary Gurbaksh Singh Mahe, Dyal Chand Banga Secretary Punjab, Sant Girdhari Lal, Jagdish Kumar, Manjit Mugowal, Sant Karam Chand, Pinka from Himachal, Sukhchain Kala President All India Adi Dharam Mission Punjab, Mistry Narinder and many other sangats were present.
