Hoshiarpur:- Daljit Ajnoha: In the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha being held at Dera Bapu Ganga Das Ji Mahilpur under 'Bapu Ganga Das Ji Wayfair Society Registered' from 6:00 PM, National Saint Param Shradheya Shri Gaur Das Ji Maharaj, who came from Brindavan, narrated the story of Ras Panchadhyay today and said that Lord Krishna's Brindavan Leela is 11 years old, Mathura Leela is 20 years old and Dwarka Leela is 75 years old. After defeating Kansa, he fought with Jarasandha 18 times in 20 years and defeated him every time. Then the Lord went to Dwarka, there too, while continuously fighting with the demons, the Lord followed the "evildoers in destruction".
Further, while narrating the extraordinary character of Sudama ji, Maharaj ji said that Sudama ji was very learned, but he did not do rituals and astrology etc. because it would reduce his merits and he used to teach children for free. Therefore, if a child ever gave something, then food and prasad would be served at his house, otherwise they would think that today is our fast. One day, his wife Sushila ji asked Sudama ji to go to Dwarka on the Lord's order. Sudama ji said, "I am not a merchant who can ask for wealth and happiness etc. from the Lord through devotion." Sushila ji said, "You should come and have his darshan." Then Sudama ji left home to have darshan of Shri Dwarkadhish ji.
Many obstacles came on the way, but the Lord removed all of them. The day Sudama ji left home to meet Dwarkadhish ji, on the same day, the Lord ordered Vishwakarma ji to make Sudama Puri more beautiful and prosperous than Dwarka Puri. Sudama ji had taken a bag of rice as an offering. Shri Krishna ji first applied Tilak on Sudama ji and without erasing the 'Chhashri' line written by Brahma ji on his forehead, he changed it to 'Shrichai' and started insisting on Sudama ji to give him rice. When the bag broke in the tug-of-war, all the queens, 56 crore Dwarka residents and 33 crore gods and goddesses also gave that rice prasad along with the Lord, but still it did not end. That was the day of Akshaya Tritiya.
Maharaj Ji told that Shukdev Ji said to Parikshit Ji, "Now 7 days have passed, you have no fear of death, right? As long as I do not go, the Takshak Nag will not come." Then Parikshit Ji worshipped Guru Ji. Further describing Kali Yuga, Maharaj Ji told that in Kali Yuga, the tendency of demons will increase, the water level will decrease, but those who take initiation from Guru Ji or Sant Ji and worship while following job, business and household dharma, will definitely attain the Lord in this birth, in this body.
