Una, October 17:- Additional Deputy Commissioner Ishant Jaswal held a meeting with officials of the concerned departments in the DRDA meeting room on Saturday to review preparations for the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha’s Local Fund Accounts Committee’s scheduled visit to Una on October 22. He directed the officials to submit the necessary data and reports for the committee’s review in both hard and soft copies by 4:30 PM on October 19.
During the meeting, the ADC instructed officials to prepare reports related to audit paragraphs in the prescribed font and size and ensure that all necessary details were included.
Assistant Commissioner Vinay Modi, Una SDM Abhishek Mittal, Municipal Corporation Una Commissioner Prithi Pal Singh and officials from the concerned departments were present at the meeting.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal stated that the Vidhan Sabha’s Local Fund Accounts Committee would visit Una district on October 22. A meeting with officials of the concerned departments will be held at the District Council Hall at 10 AM. The committee will review audit paragraphs of institutions covered by the Himachal Pradesh State Audit Department, the functioning of these institutions over the past three years, and CAG audit paragraphs relating to bodies under the Panchayati Raj and Urban Development departments.
