Hisar, March 5: The annual meeting of the members of the Shri Ram Bhakt Hanuman Temple Committee, Jawahar Nagar, was held in the temple premises under the chairmanship of President Indra Chand Rathi. The meeting began with the recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa. Treasurer Bhagat Chand Mehta presented the annual income and expenditure report. The temple committee decided to celebrate Hanuman Jayanti with great pomp and show from March 29th to April 2nd this month and to install a solar system in the temple. A Shiva temple should be constructed and the Shiva family should be consecrated and installed in a new form.
After discussing several other issues, a proposal was made to hold elections for the temple executive for the next year. All members unanimously elected the entire executive committee, currently headed by President Indra Chand Rathi, for the next year. Rathi has become President for the 16th consecutive time. The temple committee requested for more members and to cooperate wholeheartedly for the programs run throughout the year.
The stage was conducted by the general secretary of the temple committee, KK Sehra. Lalit Rathi, Acharya Pawan Vats, Hanuman Das Rathi, Pritam Chhabra, Harbans Lal Grover, Kamal Miglani, Narendra Revdi, Rai Singh Sihag, Anand Singh, Mohit Gandhi, Arvind Jhambh, Vinod Bishroi, Suresh Banga, Krishna Narula, Mukesh Malani, Suresh Jain, Anil Godara, Balwant Godara, Ramsahay Kakkar, Jagdish Sapra, Rajkumar Taneja, Mahendra Sapra, OP Sukhija, Shankar Das Bajaj, Omprakash Grover, DD Mehta and other members were present in the meeting.
