Patiala, August 21:- On the fifth day of the ongoing Sri Shiv Maha Puran Katha at the ancient temple of Sri Kedar Nath Ji in the month of Sawan, Sadhvi Daya Didi Ji performed Katha. On this occasion, Honorable Vyas Ji gave information about the Katha of Shiv Puran and said that by listening to the Katha of Dev de Dev Mahadev Bhole Nath Ji, the devotees always get good luck.
During the Katha of Shiv Maha Puran, the devotees were given detailed information about the origin of the Bel Patra and why Rudraksha Shankar Bhagwan Ji is very dear to him. The devotees enjoyed listening to this Katha very much. There was a large gathering of devotees in the pandal and the devotees got up in a frenzy during the Kirtan.
On this day, it was also the Ashtami of Mata Naina Devi Ji's steps. This Ashtami was also celebrated at the ancient temple of Sri Kedar Nath Ji. Like every year, the Hasija family served a langar of curry rice and halwa this year too. On this occasion, it was said that it is the immense grace of Mata Ji and Bhole Baba Ji, who are getting all these works done themselves and will continue to give the power to get such works done in the future.
Satnam Hasija Ji's family and members of the Sudhar Sabha arranged for halwa and curry rice and served it near the idol of Vishal Shiv Ji and after the aarti, it was distributed to the congregation.
Prachin Naina Devi Temple, Triveni Chowk, Arora Wala Mohalla, where the Ashtami fair is held every year, also arranged for Naina Devi Temple and distributed it to the congregation in abundance. A large gathering of congregation was seen in both the temples.
