Santoshgarh/Una, April 19 (Rajveer Chopra): On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Parshuram Ji, a grand religious conference was organized by the Brahmin Kalyan Sabha (Brahmin Welfare Society) of Santoshgarh at the site of the Bhagwan Shri Parshuram Bhawan, located opposite Indra Palace on the Santoshgarh-Nangal Road.
MLA Satpal Singh Satti, representing the Una Assembly constituency, was present as a special guest on this occasion. The event witnessed the participation of state and district office-bearers of the Brahmin Sabha, members of the Brahmin Kalyan Sabha Santoshgarh, devotees from various villages, and prominent citizens of the town, all attending in large numbers.
The program commenced in the morning with the worship of Bhagwan Shri Parshuram Ji. Following this, MLA Satpal Singh Satti was felicitated. In his address, while shedding light on the life and ideals of Bhagwan Parshuram Ji, he stated that we must respect all religions in the spirit of *Sarva Dharma Sambhav* (equal respect for all religions).
He emphasized that a nation becomes truly strong only when we respect one another's festivals and traditions. Conveying a message to prioritize brotherhood and humanity within society, he asserted that every citizen deserves the right to live a life of dignity.
MLA Satti also assured his full cooperation regarding the construction of the Bhagwan Parshuram Community Hall. Subsequently, a recitation of the *Sundarkand* was performed, followed by the organization of a *Bhandara* (community feast) held from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
During this time, office-bearers and members of the Brahmin Sabha and the Bhagwan Parshuram Yuva Vahini (Youth Wing) were honored. The program concluded with the offering of *Bhog* (sacred food) to the portrait of Bhagwan Parshuram Ji, after which *Prasad* (blessed food) was distributed among the devotees.
Present on this occasion were numerous dignitaries and a large gathering of devotees, including the State Patron of the Brahmin Kalyan Sabha, Pt. Shiv Kishore Vasudeva; its President, Shashi Chhabba; and its General Secretary, Dr. Gulshan Sharma.
