Hoshiarpur: On the third day of the Shri Ram Katha, being organized by the Shri Bade Hanuman Ji Sevak Sanstha, Hoshiarpur, under the leadership of Chairman and Katha organizer, former Mayor Shiv Sood, and President Rakesh Suri, Rajan Ji Maharaj narrated the story of Lord Ram's incarnation. On this occasion, he described the curse given to Lord Ram by Narada Ji. He explained that in one of the curses, only monkeys would serve him, and in the other, he would have to face the separation from Mother Sita.
He explained that after performing penance for 23,000 years, Lord Manu had blessed him with a son. Furthermore, another reason for Lord Ram's incarnation was Ravana's boon from Lord Brahma that he would only be killed by humans and monkeys. He also beautifully narrated the story of the son-wishing yagna performed by King Dasharatha on the Shringi Rishi mountain by Vashisht Ji Maharaj and King Dasharatha.
He explained that when Lord Kama incarnated, the entire universe, including Awadh, welcomed his arrival with the sound of conch shells and the chanting of mantras by the gods. A unique aura spread across all directions, and King Dasharatha, the queens, and the entire universe rejoiced. Devotees danced to the hymns he sang about Lord Rama's birth, and everyone enjoyed the Lord's birth.
