Ludhiana: The annual Jor Mela is being celebrated with great fervor at Peer Naugaja, Iali Khurd. The Mehndi ceremony was performed on June 2 at 5:00 PM. The flag and 'Chadar' ceremony was held at 11:00 AM.
Chief caretaker and Gaddi Nashin Sai Dharminder Shah Ji and Hardev Singh Boparai, State President of Meem Bheem Khalsa Organization, stated that we should celebrate the fairs of Gurus and Pirs with great devotion every year so that mutual brotherhood in villages and cities remains intact.
They mentioned that a Qawwali program was performed at 8:00 PM. On this special occasion, Sai Chandu Shah and Sai Pappu Shah Ji were present. Among others, Jeeva, Manpreet Singh, Ladi, Rana Sher Gill, Jagga, Bhinda, Ravi, Sunny, Malkit Singh Ghaghrana, and Ajit Singh were also present.
