Ambala:- Haryana's Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Anil Vij said that Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji gave the biggest message: that if we purify our minds, everything will come to us without any effort. Whatever we do, we should do it with pride, this is the message of Guru Ji."
Vij was addressing the devotees today after paying obeisance at the Ravidas temples located at Ghasitpur and 12 Cross Road in Cantt on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj. While congratulating Guru Ravidas on his birth anniversary, he said that Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji has made a huge contribution to the development of our society and civilization and has worked to unite the society in many ways. Guru Ravidas Ji used to sew shoes, but he did so with pride.
This is the lesson and teaching that whatever we should do, we should do it with pride. That time was the Bhakti era, and he gave the basic mantra of all the scriptures: "If the mind is pure, then Ganga is in the pot." If the mind is pure, then everything will come to you easily. This profound message was given by Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji Ravidas Ji also preached equality which is needed the most today. We all work together to take the country forward.
Meanwhile, during a program organized at Jatav Panchayat Dharamshala on 12 Cross Road, Minister Anil Vij announced to donate Rs. 1 lakh from his voluntary fund for the Dharamshala on the demand of the office bearers of the Dharamshala Committee. The organizers honored the Minister by dressing him in a turban and giving him a memento.
On this occasion, apart from the Deputy Chairman of the Nagar Parishad, Lalita Prasad, BJP Mandal President Parvesh Sharma and Ravi Budhiraja, Master Avinash, Kulbir Singh, Pinka, Ram Charan, Ramesh Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Jagir Singh, Shivram, Ram Das, Sunil Nandaria, Ajay Gupta, Dr. Mogia, Ashish Agarwal, Sachin Budhiraja, Deepak Bhasin and other office bearers and dignitaries were present.
