Hisar: As part of the ongoing Navratri festival, the Sri Ram Katha and spiritual discourses continue at the Sri Adyashakti Peeth, Maa Santoshi Ashram. A large number of devotees from various regions gathered at the Maa Santoshi Ashram in Model Town to listen to the Sri Ram Katha, which is being narrated by Sri Sri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Swami Santoshi Mata. While expounding upon the glory of Lord Sri Ram, the narrator—Mahamandaleshwar Swami Santoshi Mata—inspired the audience to always act righteously and engage in virtuous deeds. She emphasized that while performing noble acts, one must also keep the Lord in one's remembrance.
During the Sri Ram Katha, the devotees were deeply moved by the various anecdotes shared, and the entire premises reverberated with resounding chants of "Jai Shri Ram." On the second day of the Sri Ram Katha, Ashok Bansal, General Secretary of the Maa Santoshi Ashram Management Committee, welcomed the narrator, Swami Santoshi Mata, by applying a *tilak* to her forehead. Santosh Bansal, Devi Soni, Nirmal Kumari, Pawan Jindal, Sunita Garg, and Navita Goyal expressed their devotion by offering garlands to Swami Santoshi Mata. A large number of dignitaries were present on the occasion, including members of the Maa Santoshi Ashram Management Committee such as Convener Rajmal Kajal, Rakesh Narang, Raghav Goyal, Subhash Bansal, Ramesh Chugh, Prakash Devi Garg, and Santosh Bala Malik.
During the discourse, the narrator, Swami Santoshi Mata, elucidated the true purpose of the human body with great profundity. She stated that utilizing the human form solely for the purposes of eating, drinking, and sleeping is futile. If a human being strives merely for physical pleasures, then their life remains devoid of any true objective. She asserted that, rising above material comforts, the ultimate goal of human life should be the attainment of the Divine. To achieve this, one must keep the Lord in one's thoughts at every single moment.
She explained that the capacity to contemplate and discern "what to do" versus "what not to do" is a faculty unique to human beings. Therefore, while undertaking any task, a human being must exercise their conscience and adhere to the principles of *Dharma* (righteousness). She further remarked that the name of "Ram" is a sacred mantra cherished even by Lord Shiva himself; thus, one should constantly chant the name of Ram, for its glory is boundless. 
It is noteworthy that during the Navratras, worship and recitations of the *Durga Saptashati* are being conducted at the Shri Adyashakti Peeth Maa Santoshi Ashram, located in Model Town. Vedic scholars, who have arrived from Haridwar, are guiding the *Yajmans* (devotees) through the daily rituals with strict adherence to scriptural norms and profound devotion; furthermore, every evening starting at 4:00 PM, Swami Santoshi Mata Ji shares insights into various episodes and narratives associated with the *Shri Ram Katha*.
