Bangana/Una, June 22: Una Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal inspected the Kendriya Vidyalaya building currently under construction in Bangana on Monday and directed that the pace of work be accelerated. He stated that providing better educational facilities and a conducive study environment for the region's children is a priority; therefore, the construction work must be completed in a time-bound manner so that students can soon avail the benefits of a modern educational campus.
Subsequently, the Deputy Commissioner visited the Piplu fairgrounds to review preparations for the historic district-level Piplu Fair, scheduled to be held from June 24 to 26. He instructed the concerned officials to ensure robust arrangements regarding drinking water, sanitation, traffic management, parking, electricity supply, and security for the convenience of devotees. He also directed that all necessary arrangements for the fair be completed well in time.
Officials from various departments, including Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Civil) Bangana and Chairman of the District-Level Piplu Fair Committee, Sonu Goyal, were present during the inspection.
