Una, July 15: Applications have been invited to fill 7 vacant posts of Anganwadi Workers and 21 vacant posts of Anganwadi Helpers under the Child Development Project, Haroli. CDPO Haroli, Shiv Singh, stated that interested candidates can submit their applications—written on plain paper—at the Child Development Project Office, Haroli, by 5:00 PM on August 10. Shiv Singh informed that one post each for Anganwadi Worker will be filled at the following centers: Bhadsali Harijan Basti, Bhuliya Mohalla Bhadsali, Kuthar Beet-2, Harijan Basti-1 Pubowal, Brahmin Mohalla Gondpur Jaichand, Haroli-2, and Khatri Basti Panjawar.
Meanwhile, one post each for Anganwadi Helper will be filled at the following centers: Lohar Mohalla Bathri, Brahmin Mohalla Singa, Vidadwal, Bhandiwara-2, Panjuwana-1, Makodgarh, Bartman Lower Badhera, Lohar Mohalla Badhera, Upper Palakwah, Bartman Sansowal, Dharmpur Lower, Mishra Mohalla Dulehar, Brahmin Mohalla Hiranagar, Gondpur Jaichand-3, Brahmin Mohalla Gondpur Jaichand, Rajput Tarkhan Mohalla Gondpur Jaichand, Kharoiya Mohalla Pandoga, Atawa Mohalla Pandoga, Upper Bartman Bhadsali, Hira-1, and Dhanaru Mohalla Lalri.

**Educational Qualification and Criteria**
CDPO Haroli, Shiv Singh, stated that the minimum educational qualification for the posts of Anganwadi Worker and Helper has been set as a pass in the 12th standard. The applicant's age must be between 18 and 35 years. The candidate must be a resident of the survey area of ??the respective Anganwadi center. The applicant's family's annual income must not exceed ?50,000; a certificate to this effect must be certified or countersigned by a Naib Tehsildar, Tehsildar, or Executive Magistrate.

**Interview Process**
Selection for the advertised posts will be based on merit, with a total of 25 marks available. For the positions of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper, a maximum of 10 marks will be awarded for educational qualifications based on the percentage of marks obtained in the '10+2' (Senior Secondary) examination; the marks awarded will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, capped at a maximum of 7 marks.
Candidates possessing higher educational qualifications will be awarded 3 additional marks: 2 marks for a Bachelor's degree and 1 mark for a Master's degree or higher. A maximum of 3 marks will be awarded for work experience; individuals who have worked for at least 10 months in the relevant Panchayat—as Anganwadi Workers, Anganwadi Helpers, Bal Sevikas, Balwadi Teachers, Nursery Teachers, Tailoring Teachers, or ECCE Child Caregivers—will receive one mark for each year of experience, subject to a maximum of 3 marks.
Two marks will be awarded to women with a disability of 40% or more, provided the disability does not hinder the discharge of job responsibilities. Two marks will be awarded to SC/ST/OBC candidates. Three marks will be awarded to residents of state homes or girls' ashrams, orphans, widows, destitute women, divorcees, married women whose husbands have been untraceable for the past seven years, and women abandoned by their husbands who are currently residing with their parents.
Two marks will be awarded to an unmarried daughter from a family with two daughters and no sons, or to a married woman who has two daughters and no sons.
