Una, November 5:- Additional Deputy Commissioner of Una, Ishant Jaswal, has been honoured with the National Excellence Award by the Ladli Foundation for his contribution to public administration. The award was presented to him by Governor Kavinder Gupta at a ceremony held in Bilaspur yesterday. Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani was also present on the occasion.
A 2021-batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre, Ishant Jaswal originally belongs to Bilaspur district. He holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Hamirpur. He is currently serving as the Additional Deputy Commissioner in Una.
This recognition reflects his administrative services and contributions. His achievement has also brought pride to Una district. Several distinguished personalities from different fields were also honoured at the ceremony, including Additional Chief Secretary Omkar Sharma, IAS officer Kiran Bhadana, HAS officer Aparajita Chandel, journalist Sanjeev Sharma and DSP Rajkumar.
