Hoshiarpur, July 27:- The 72nd Annual Jor Mela is being organized at the ancient Mata Durga Temple in village Bham with the support of the residents of the town and Bhameshwari Missionary Trust Bham (Hoshiarpur) on July 29, 30 and 31 under the leadership of the temple's chief sevadar sister Vinod Kumari. On this occasion, sevadar Gurnam Singh Jaswal informed in the presence of devotees that as part of the preparations for the 72nd Annual Jor Mela, Prabhat Pheris are being organized continuously from July 23.
He said that the flag pheri will be organized on July 29. On July 30, a complete offering will be made in the havan at 10 am and Mata ji's aarti will be held at 11 am. On the same day, Kanjak Puja and Brahm Bhoj will be organized at 1 pm, while the flag hoisting ceremony will be performed at 2 pm. A grand annual Bhagwati Jagran will be organized on the night of July 30. A Qawali program will be organized on July 31.
He further said that a free medical camp will also be organized by the Bhameshwari Missionary Trust on July 30 from 10 am to 6 pm. The organizers said that in the grand Bhagwati Jagran to be held on the night of July 30, famous bhajan singers including Jogi Alawalpur, Puri and Party Shankar Wale, Neelam Thakkarwal, Sunny Sehgal, Jassi Bham, Deepak Durga, Mahant Raj Kumar Ji Salor Wale, Jasvir Mahi and D.S. Tirath will sing the glory of Mahamai throughout the night.
On the night of July 31, Qawali will be presented by Sarabjit Sarab, Kuldeep Rouhani's Qawali Party Bhullrai and international artist Parvesh Alam.
The organizers said that a free medical camp will also be organized by Dadra Hospital Bham on July 31 from 10 am to 2 pm. Apart from this, Mahamai's unlimited langar will be served continuously during the annual Jom Mela.
