New Delhi:- US President Donald Trump has given a stern warning to countries around the world and said that the US will impose a 50 percent tariff on any country that supplies weapons to Iran with immediate effect. Trump has made it clear that this decision will be implemented without any delay and no concession or exemption will be given to any country in this matter.
He believes that it is very important to put economic pressure on their allies to stop Iran's military power. US President Donald Trump has withdrawn his threats of devastating attacks on Iran late Tuesday night. The US and Iran have agreed to a two-week ceasefire, which includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump decided to stop the war two hours before the deadline given to Tehran expired. Iran's Supreme National Security Council accepted the ceasefire and said it would begin talks with the US in Pakistan on Friday. However, attacks continued in Israel, Iran and the Gulf region on Wednesday morning. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel supports the ceasefire, but the agreement does not apply to the fight against Hezbollah in Lebanon. Israel has stipulated that Iran immediately open the Strait of Hormuz and stop the attacks. According to the Pakistani prime minister, the ceasefire also includes a call for a halt to fighting between Israel and Hezbollah. During the process, some confusion also arose due to differences between the Persian and English versions of Iran's 10-point plan, where the Persian version included 'approval of nuclear modification'.
