
NSS Unit of Rayat College of Law organized a blood donation camp.
Hoshiarpur- The NSS Unit of Rayat College of Law, in collaboration with the NSS Unit of LTSU Punjab, successfully organized a blood donation camp in the college campus. The camp was jointly inaugurated by Shri N.S. Rayat Chancellor LTSU Punjab and Shri B.S. Pannu Chief Spokesperson Punjab Government.

They felicitated the blood donors and organizers. This noble endeavor was done with the generous sponsorship of Rotary Club, Rupnagar, and technical support for blood collection was provided by the dedicated team of Blood Bank, Civil Hospital, Rupnagar.
Shri Nirmal Singh Rayat, Chancellor, LTSU Punjab, Shri Baltej Singh Pannu attended the event as the Chief Guest. He interacted warmly with the students, appreciated their spirit of social service and encouraged them to remain committed to such humanitarian works. LTSU Punjab Registrar Prof. B. S. Satyal, was present as the guest of honour and participated in the certificate distribution ceremony, which motivated the participants.
The camp was coordinated by Dr. Sohnu, Program Officer of NSS Unit of Rayat College of Law, team members Smt. Nitika Soni, Smt. Disha and Mr. Ajitabh Mishra. NSS Coordinator from LTSU Punjab, Smt. Ratan Kaur also played a vital role in the joint organization of the event. Around 40 units of blood were collected from donors in this camp. NSS volunteers from both the units rendered their services.
Rotary Club, Rupnagar President Mr. Sudhir Sharma and Club Secretary Dr. Ankur Wahi attended the event and blessed the students for their outstanding contribution towards the society.
Vice Principal of Rayat College of Law Dr. Mahendra Singh felicitated the doctors and staff members of Civil Hospital, Rupnagar in recognition of their service and dedication towards public health and welfare. The event concluded with a rousing speech by Dr. Monica Sharma, Principal, Rayat College of Law, Railmajra, who appreciated the tireless efforts of the NSS unit of the college.
