Punjab Sahitya Sabha Regd. Nawanshahr organised a literary meeting with the District Programme Officer.

5 March Nawanshahr- Punjab Sahitya Sabha Regd. Nawanshahr organised a literary meeting in the office of local Sabha Chairman Manmohan Singh Gulati. On this occasion, District Programme Officer Jagroop Singh participated as the chief guest. Addressing the writers, the District Programme Officer said that in order to preserve the literature they create, they should also get it published so that the coming generations can benefit from this creative literature and these creations can become a guide for the people of Punjab.

In this meeting, the office bearers of the society held a literary discussion, during which everyone discussed the development of Punjabi language and various aspects of the writers' lives. All the members recited their creations, on which the chief guest expressed his views and encouraged everyone. During this, the chief guest was honoured by giving a memento on behalf of the Sabha.
On this occasion, Darshan Dardi Pradhan, Tarsem Saki General Secretary, Manmohan Singh Gulati Chairman, Vasdev Pardesi, Des Raj Bali, Bahadur Chand Arora, Poonam Bala, Malkit Kaur Jandi, Jaspreet Singh Bajwa, Veena Sharma, Shama Malhan, Rita Sidhu, Yuvraj Sidhu etc were present.
