Una, July 26- Six youths of Khadd area, in collaboration with Siddha Peeth Sindoori Shri Hanuman Mandir Trust, Khadd, Haroli, have taken a commendable initiative towards environmental conservation by planting 250 saplings. These youths in the age group of 20 to 24 years have planted fruit and Ayush species of saplings in the forest area of the region.

These youths in the age group of 20 to 24 years have planted fruit and Ayush species of saplings in the forest area of the region.
Praising their efforts, Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal felicitated them by presenting them with mementoes and certificates in his office on Saturday. He said that environmental conservation is the biggest need of the hour today and the step taken by the youth in this direction is an inspiration for the entire society.
He said that such efforts will not only increase the green cover, but future generations will also get a clean and healthy environment. The Deputy Commissioner called upon all the youth to remain active in similar creative works.
On this occasion, Chairman of Siddha Peeth Sindoori Shri Hanuman Mandir Trust Jai Dutta was also present.
