National Lok Adalat to be held on September 13

In this Lok Adalat, NI Act cases under Section 138 (Pending and Pre-Litigation Bank Recovery Cases, and Labor Dispute Cases) (Pending and MACT Cases, Electricity and Water Bills (P (excluding non-compoundable), Matrimonial disputes. Traffic Challans, Revenue Cases and Other civil, less serious criminal cases, Compoundable Cases will also be heard.
In order to dispose of maximum cases in this Lok Adalat, Pre-Lok Adalats are being organized by the Judicial Officers in the Court so that the people whose cases are going on in the Court can get the benefit of Lok Adalat.
The appeals pending in the court of the Honorable District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Hoshiarpur from 2017-2018 in which the disputes of the parties were pending in different courts from the year 2009-2010, those appeals/cases In the same way, the disputes of the parties were resolved by mutual consent, due to which both the parties considered themselves winners and happily resolved the dispute. Similarly, the rest of the courts of Hoshiarpur district are also trying to end the disputes through resignation by filing pre-Lok Adalats.
Therefore, Shri Rajinder Agarwal, Honorable District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, Legal Services Authority, Hoshiarpur has appealed to the general public that all the parties whose civil cases or criminal computable cases are pending in the courts. They can submit their application to the concerned court and get their cases filed in Pre-Lok Adalat or National Lok Adalat and can resolve their dispute through Lok Adalat with mutual consent.
The undersigned appealed to the people to get maximum benefit by filing cases in Lok Adalats because this saves time and money. There is savings. The decisions made in the Lok Adalat are final and there is no appeal against the decision made in the Lok Adalat, this increases love between both the parties.
Apart from this, any person can apply for mediation to resolve any kind of domestic problem, the case of which is not being resolved in the court, in the office of the undersigned, Room No. 58, New District and Sessions Court Complex, Hoshiarpur, Mediation and Conciliation Center, Hoshiarpur, in which regard both the parties will be called. The dispute will be resolved by consensus.
