Addressing on this occasion, the leaders said that in opposition to the Modi government's pro-corporate-anti-people policies and regarding the demands of farmers-labourers-employees, the United Kisan Morcha trade unions and other organizations called for India Bandh on February 16. Organizations are working day and night to make it successful. The supply of milk and vegetables will be stopped on this day. Shops in cities and villages will remain closed. Buses, taxis, autos will not ply on the roads. They were asked to reach Langaroa Bypass on February 16 at 10 am where the conference would be held till 4 pm. In which the speakers will share their views. He said that as a preparation for this, meetings are being held, vigils are being held and announcements are being made. This meeting was attended by Kulwinder Singh Waraich, Surinder Singh Bains, Maha Singh Rowdy, Balveer Singh Jadla, Jasbir Deep, Mukand Lal, Niranjan Singh, Kuldeep Singh Runka, Master Prem Kumar Rakkar, Avtar Singh Tari, Rawal Singh Mubarak Pur, Hari Ram Rasulpuri, Harjinder Singh Bhangal, Baljit Singh Dharamkot spoke.
