That the university should be instructed to recruit only under the state reservation policy.

That the university should be instructed to recruit only under the state reservation policy.
The prominent leaders of the front, Jasvir Singh Pamali and Gurmukh Singh Dholanamajra, said that it has come to the attention of the front that Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, has been recruited on the basis of interview on 11 January 2024, not keeping in view the state reservation policy. He said that even in the advertisement given by the university regarding this recruitment, the reservation policy was not mentioned anywhere and the recruitment was done only on the basis of interview.
He warned the university administration that if they did not give the benefits of the reservation policy to the Scheduled Castes, there would be serious consequences. The leader of the front, Balwinder Singh Kumbhadra, demanded from the Punjab government that the results of the interview conducted on January 11 should be immediately stopped and the recruitment should be implemented again under the reservation policy.
Apart from others, Lakhvir Singh Badala, Simranjit Singh Sanki, Praveen Tank, Baljit Singh Kakrali, Avtar Singh Sampla, Ajaib Singh Bathoi, Karamjit Singh Pakka, Simranjit Kaur Badala and Mukhtiar Singh were present on this occasion.
