Patiala, December 27 - Former minister and senior Akali leader Bikram Singh Majithia, who is facing investigation in the drug case, has sought some more time to answer while not appearing before the Special Investigation Team (SIT) today. The SIT headed by ADGP Mukhwinder Singh Chhina had summoned Majithia to appear today.
Majithia has written that the documents required regarding the questions asked by the 'SIT' have not yet been made available to him, so more time should be given. Majithia appeared in Mukhwinder Singh Chhina's office on December 18 and faced questions from the investigation team for about seven and a half hours.
