
Football competition organized in Khad with commitment of drug free youth

He told that this competition has been happening for the last 71 years. Like every year, this competition will conclude on 30th December. He told that 22 teams of senior category from Una district participated in this football competition, while 4 teams of Under 15 and 4 teams of Under 10 are participating. The first match of the football competition was played between Lions Club Pandoga and Football Club Ambota in which the football club Ambota team won 2-1. He said that the winning team of the final match of the competition will be honored with a cash prize of Rs 51 thousand while the runner-up team will be honored with a cash prize of Rs 41 thousand and a trophy. Apart from this, the team securing third and fourth place will be honored with Rs 5,100 and a trophy. The winning team of Under-15 will be awarded Rs 11,000, the runner-up team will be awarded Rs 7,100 and the winning team of Under-10 will be awarded Rs 3,100, Rs 2,100 and a trophy.
On this occasion, all the youth and participants of the competition expressed their commitment to ensure the participation of youth in a drug-free society and pledged to connect the youth with sports.
