Patiala, December 22 – Local Locomotive Works (PLW) has bagged the prestigious second position in not one but two categories for “outstanding contribution to energy conservation”. PLW was conferred with these honors during the "State Level Energy Conservation Awards 2023" organized by the Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA).
PLW's outstanding achievements in energy conservation were recognized in the categories of 'Commercial Buildings' for PLW Hospital and 'Construction Industry (Large Scale)' for PLW Workshop. PLW says the double honor of Patiala Locomotive Works reflects the commitment and excellence displayed by the dedicated team. Shri Pramod Kumar, Principal Chief Administrative Officer, congratulated all officers and staff of PLW for this achievement. He also appealed to the entire staff to continue their exemplary efforts.
