Ahmedabad;- Pathways Global Alliance (PGA), India, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pavol Slota from Slovakia, Mr. Mahesh Alahaperuma from Sri Lanka, Purnima Karki from Nepal, Mrs. Novorchuk Elena and Mr. Askar Ismagilov, and Jim Seth from Australia as International Directors. This significant development coincides with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with international delegates from several countries, marking a milestone in PGA's journey toward global collaboration and inclusive development.
The nomination of these distinguished individuals as International Directors recognizes their exemplary dedication, leadership qualities, and strong commitment to youth empowerment, cultural exchange, and international cooperation. In their new roles, they will:
Represent Pathways Global Alliance on international platforms.
Strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations with partner countries and organizations.

Speaking on this occasion, Rajesh Bagha, former Chairman of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and Vice President of BJP Punjab India, Chief Patron of Pathways Global Alliance, and All India President of the British Ravidasia Heritage Foundation (United Kingdom); Uday Sood, General Secretary cum Director of International Affairs, Patron of Pathways Global Alliance; and Dhvani Jain, Pathways Global Alliance; Anchal Kheda, Pathways Global Alliance; Sahil Kaushar, Pathways Global Alliance; Abhinandan Jain (Haryana), Pathways Global Alliance; Kewal (Gujarat), Pathways Global Alliance; Khank Upadhyay (Rajasthan), Pathways Global Alliance, expressed confidence that the experience and global perspective of the newly appointed International Directors will significantly enhance the organization's international presence.
With this appointment, PGA has formalized a non-financial agreement with delegates from partner countries to encourage global collaboration in youth, culture, sports, media, education, and entrepreneurship. The agreement provides a framework for collaboration through the establishment of PGA chapters in nominated countries, coordinated by the heads of those countries. Key focus areas include:

Youth: Exchange-internships, leadership programs, and fellowships.
Culture: Arts, literature, and heritage exchange initiatives.
Sports: International tournaments and leadership development.
Media: Creative collaborations and ethical journalism programs.

This agreement, valid for three years, will undergo annual review with the option to renew or amend by mutual consent. It reflects the shared vision of PGA and its global partners to create peaceful, inclusive, and sustainable pathways for development and unity.
