Nawanshahr 14 February - Kabaddi tournament is being organized in Mukandpur, a famous village of Banga tehsil. In this tournament, village level Kabaddi matches will be held in 35 kg weight category, 42 kg weight category and 47 kg weight category on 18 February this year. On 19 February, all open matches of 75 kg weight category will be held apart from 12 invited teams of 57 kg weight category.
On 20 February, matches of 8 academies will impress the audience. In which the winning team will be given the first prize of one lakh rupees and the team coming in second place will be given a prize of 75 thousand rupees. Chhinj Mela will be organized on 15 February and bull race on 16 February.
