Guru Nanak Mission Sewa Society begins preparations for annual Gurmat Samagams and Mahan Kirtan Darbar.

Nawanshahr- Guru Nanak Mission Sewa Society, a renowned religious and social service organization of the area, held a meeting to finalize the program of the three-day Mahan Kirtan Darbar to be held in Nawanshahr at the district level like every year and about 25 Gurmat Samagams to be organized in different villages and cities of three districts Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Hoshiarpur and Ludhiana related to these preparations. After discussing the programs drawn up by all the members, satisfaction was expressed.

Along with this, the society members presented their views and suggestions regarding the projects to be run in the land purchased for the construction of Guru Nanak Bhawan. After the meeting, the Chief Servant of the Society Surjit Singh and General Secretary Jagjit Singh said that like every year, this year the seventh Mahan Kirtan Darbar will be held on 25, 26 and 27 October in Nawanshahr and the Gurmat Samagams to be held in different villages and cities in connection with its preparations will be held from 6 September to 11 October.
Out of these events, 04 events will be held in Nawanshahr, 01 in Banga, 01 in Garhshankar, 01 in Machhiwara, 01 in Rahon, 01 in Guru Nanak Mission Educational and Medical Trust Dhahan Kalera and 01 tehsil level event will be held in Balachaur. The programs for the remaining 15 events in different villages were finalized.
Apart from this, he said that under the leadership of the society's chief patron Giani Sarabjit Singh Ludhiana and Sardar Barjinder Singh Hussainpur, Kirtani groups and Kathawachaks have also been booked for these events. This time, the great Kathawachaks of the Panth, Bhai Pinderpal Singh, Sahib Singh Canada, Giani Sarabjit Singh, Giani Jaswant Singh Parwana, Giani Sarabjit Singh Dhotian, Professor Sarabjit Singh Renuka, and Giani Harvinder Singh Ganga Nagar, besides about 20 Raagi groups of Sachkhand Sri Darbar Sahib Ji will participate in these events.
Apart from these, Bhai Jagjit Singh Babiha Delhi, Bhai Gurdev Singh Australia, Bhai Sarabjit Singh Patna Sahib, Bhai Jaskaran Singh Patiala, Bhai Harjot Singh Jakhmi, Miri Piri International Jagadhari women's groups will also attend. Like every year, a souvenir will also be released regarding the free eye operation camp Amrit Sanchar and the activities of the society throughout the year. He said that a list of 25 events will be released in the coming days and contacts are being made with the sangats from home and abroad in this regard. During the meeting, among others, Uttam Singh Sethi, Tarlochan Singh Khadkar Kalan, Inderjit Singh Bahra, Jagjit Singh Bata, Gurcharan Singh Pabla, Haqiqat Singh Harpreet Singh Happy, Kuljit Singh Khalsa, Mahinder Pal Chander, Daljit Singh Kariha, Navdeep Singh, Inderjit Sharma Palwinder Singh Karyam, Amrik Singh Sehbi, Daljit Singh Badwal, Rampal Rai, Gurpal Singh, Paramjit Singh Punglia, Mahinder Singh Jafarpur Manmohan Singh and Gurbaksh Singh were also present.
