India August 23, 2023 Indian space agency ISRO created history by landing Chandrayaan-3 on the south pole of the Moon, Vikram Rover will come out of Chandrayaan after some time. India has become the first country to land Chandrayaan-3 in this part of the Moon (South Pole). All Indians are waiting for Vikram Rover to come out. Both Vikram and the rover will take photographs of each other and send them to Earth. ISRO had left Chandrayaan-3 on July 14, 2023 at 3.35 am from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. It took 41 days to land Chandrayaan-3 on the moon. The total distance from the Earth to the Moon is 3 lakh 84 thousand kilometers. The Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi ji connected virtually from South Africa. For the success of this mission, people in the country and abroad performed prayers and havan rituals. There is an atmosphere of celebration in Punjab-Haryana and Chandigarh on this achievement of ISRO. Chandrayaan-3 landing was shown live in many schools of Chandigarh. On this success, people distributed laddoos and made each other's mouth sweet. President of India Draupadi Murmu conveyed her congratulatory message to ISRO and all those associated with the Chandrayaan-3 mission. Dr. Rajesh Grover, director of Science City, said that Chandrayaan-3 has encouraged the entire youth towards space. With this achievement of scientists, today the whole country is proud of its science and technology. He further said that this program will also give impetus to scientific researches and innovations.
