Officers and employees of the concerned departments were present in this camp to listen to various types of problems of the citizens and to resolve them quickly. The camp was chaired by Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan, who interacted with the citizens and listened to their problems.
Most of the problems in the camp were related to correcting errors in property ID, family identity card and Aadhar card, and getting the kutcha roads of the fields paved. Taking these problems seriously, Tehsildar Bidhan directed the officers of the concerned departments to redress all the received complaints in a quick and transparent manner. He said that the administration is committed to serving the public and resolving problems, and the primary objective is to provide relief to the public through such Samadhan Camps.
During the camp, many problems were resolved on the spot by the concerned departments, while some complaints have been noted for prompt action. The Tehsildar directed the officials to dispose of the pending cases within the stipulated time frame and inform the complainant about it.
On this occasion, officers and employees of various departments including revenue, panchayat, electricity, health, education, social welfare, municipal bodies, and agriculture were present. They also informed the citizens about the departmental schemes and procedures, so that people can easily avail the benefits of government services.
The Tehsildar assured that such camps will continue to be organized in the future in the interest of the public. Samadhan camps are being organized every Monday and Thursday.
