3 March Hoshiarpur- 9th free eye camp was organized by Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust in memory of late Suchitra Singh Sahota with special support from Amrik Singh Sahota Canada at Gurdwara Baba Amartya Jor-Bada Sahib located in village Bhuon.
During this, Trust's Doaba Zone Chairman Amarjit Singh, Deputy Superintendent Balram Singh, Ajpal Singh Sahni, General Secretary Avtar Singh, Purushottam Singh Saini, Gurpreet Singh, Numberdar Sukhdev Singh Bambeli participated in the program. On this occasion, eye specialists under the leadership of Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora examined about 650 patients and operated on 70 patients and put lenses.
While about 400 blind patients were given glasses and medicines. On this occasion Sarpanch Daljit Singh, former Sarpanch Darshan Singh, Numberdar Karnail Singh, Captain Resham Chand, Ramji, Panch Ravinder Singh, Harjinder Pal Canada, Subedar Kishan Singh, Subedar Harminder Pal Singh, Contractor Gurpreet Singh, Kulveer Singh etc were present.
