S.A.S. Nagar, April 29 - Police of Thana Mullanpur Garibdas arrested a young smuggler and recovered 8 grams of heroin from him.
Police spokesperson said that under the leadership of Inspector Navdeep Sharma, Chief Officer of Thana Mullanpur Garibdas, the police team arrested young smuggler Mohan Giri resident of village Sultanpur, Thana Bamora, Tehsil and District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (currently resident of tenant village Pantpur, Thana Mullanpur Garibdas, District SAS Nagar) and recovered 8 grams of heroin from him.
A case has been registered against Mohan Giri under section 21(B), 27(A) of NDPS Act.
