S.A.S. Nagar, April 29 - The police has arrested the auto driver who robbed Lal Bahadur, a resident of United Society, Sector-68, Mohali, yesterday by making him sit in the auto and showing a knife and snatching his mobile phone and Rs. 1200. The knife used in the incident and the victim's mobile phone have been recovered.
DSP City 2 Mr. Harsimran Singh Bajal said that the said auto driver Ajay Parcha took Lal Bahadur in his auto to a secluded place and showed him a knife and snatched his mobile phone and Rs. 1200.
He said that the police has arrested this auto driver Ajay Parcha and obtained his remand and during the police remand, the knife and mobile phone used during the incident have been recovered from him. The investigation of the case is ongoing.
