Una, March 22: The movement of vehicles on the Tahliwal-Garhshankar Major District Road-41 from 0/00 to 7/800 km will remain closed till April 6. Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Jatin Lal has issued orders in this regard under Section 115 and 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
He said that these orders have been issued to carry out the upgradation work of the road quickly and smoothly. He said that for the movement of vehicles, the traffic has been diverted from the connecting road Tahliwal-Gurupalah-Gandpur to Mindwani-Jhuggian road.
The Deputy Commissioner has directed the concerned officials to inform the public about the closure of the road and to put up boards in advance to inform about the change of route.
