Garhshankar 19 September - Dr. Vishwadeep Singh, son of Prof. Sarwan Singh and Lecturer Sarabjit Kaur, a resident of Mahilpur, has brought glory to his parents and Mahilpur area by winning a gold medal with the first position in the merit list of MD/MS November-December 2024 examination results from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
It is worth mentioning that Prof. Sarwan Singh himself was also a gold medalist in the MSc Chemistry results from Punjabi University, Patiala in 1973, who has retired from Khalsa College Mahilpur after serving as the Head of the Chemistry Department and Vice Principal of the college. Now after 52 years, Vishwadeep Singh has brought glory to the family name again by winning a gold medal.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Vishwadeep Singh has been rendering his excellent medical services with dedication and honesty in Government Hospital Mahilpur for a long time. In the year 2022, he took admission in Government Medical College, Patiala for post-graduation in the subject of General Surgery, as a result of which he achieved the first position and won a gold medal from the university, bringing glory to the area.
Nowadays, Dr. Vishwadeep is providing his services as a specialist in operations at Government Hospital, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. On this occasion, Dr. Vishwadeep Singh thanked God for this achievement and gave the credit for this result to his parents, family members and teachers.
