Garhshankar, March 12- Powercom & Trusco Contract Employees Union Punjab, under the leadership of Division Leader Lakhbir Singh, staged a dharna for the second consecutive day to get their salaries released by the accused of the Electricity Board. The leaders said that every day in Punjab, some fatal and non-fatal accidents happen to CHV workers. 
Where CHV workers everywhere work day and night with full dedication and hard work and deliver supply to every house without any interruption, the question arises that there is a need to protest when salaries are not released every second or third month. Similarly, this time also the salary of the last month has not been released till today.
 Accordingly, the Chief Incharge of the Division Garhshankar, AXION Sahib, was met, who had assured that the salary would be released by the evening, but he too had put up a lie. Due to which a forced dharna was held in front of the division office today and the division leaders decided that until the salary is released, a dharna will be held in front of the office and preparations will be made for a big action.
DMF leaders Mukesh Kumar and Hansraj Garhshankar also addressed the protesters and appealed to the electricity board officials to pay their salaries quickly. They warned that if the salaries are not released soon, DMF leaders and workers will also join the workers in this struggle shoulder to shoulder.
